Hypothetical. I'm interested on the Chase United Quest card and the 2x bag benefit (already addressed above that CC allowances won't be honored if flight is moved to a UA partner). It just becomes useless if United keeps cancelling my routes and rebooking me with partner airlines. Still, whenever I am re-routed with a partner, United has always booked me on regular economy (1 bag included) with the partner even though I sometimes had a basic economy ticket.
I have always booked with a Chase United Explorer card and I wasn't sure if giving me the same allowance as the CC could be related or not.
