Received email one of our Flights cancelled and I needed to approve change. Could not see change...
called MVP line and asked for callback 50 minutes. Call back came and when I answered, hang up.
start again, this time call back was 60 minutes. Never came.
tried to chat, but no chat option available.
Finally text , and this worked. Took 15 minutes to get desired flight .
next time, just go to text. Lesson learned.
