I guess the safest way would be to put your documents on a USB-stick and print directly from the USB-stick, then erase the stick afterwards?
I wouldn't recommend casually printing any stuff you need in public places, though in case you'll need some kind of documentation that's not available upfront (such as PCR test results) and your option is to print it in the lounge or get denied boarding..
Or simply create a new gmail account (or any other free one), e-mail the documents to it, print them and never use that e-mail address again
