These macs seem to automatically clear all personal info (cookies, passwords, files) after use, but of course like any public computer you have no idea what's inside. The same goes for the printer by the way, in case you consider connecting your device.
I guess the safest way would be to put your documents on a USB-stick and print directly from the USB-stick, then erase the stick afterwards?
I wouldn't recommend casually printing any stuff you need in public places, though in case you'll need some kind of documentation that's not available upfront (such as PCR test results) and your option is to print it in the lounge or get denied boarding..
