Are debit cards just as good as credit cards when renting? Sometimes yes. And sometimes no. Just ask the scores of people our support team responded to over the last year or two who were denied at the rental counter. They work fine until they don’t. There’s a lot of fine print that many folks simply don’t bother to read.
