The Tower has three elevators, so it’s not too bad. I recall once on a 10 night stay it was broken and after reporting it the elevator was repaired in 2 days. If it occurred for the other two wings I imagine they would pay for an expedited repair.

The hotel is far from a dumpster, but it’s prone to unforeseen mechanical issues like every hotel. 🤙🏻
'The islands have been using elevators for many years now, repairman for elevators get paid very well and union so is there really a shortage I think not what I do think is there has been a lot of "value engineering" in the past such as reducing the number of systems in each property. Anyway its not going away doubtful it will get better. One thing is for sure once people really begin to return on vacation prices will soar.
