That really is the reason isn't it? I can accept that it's simply not sustainable for some properties to run a F&B operation right now, but what I do wish is that properties were more up to date in listing what amenities are currently available on the website. I've been to HH properties that indicate on the website that breakfast is available but with "reduced" service, only to arrive to find the entire F&B outlet closed; and I've also been to HH properties that at one time indicated "reduced" breakfast service only to remove that remark (making me think that F&B was fully operational again)... only to arrive and yes, find that everything was actually closed.
