I don't see why not. The train goes from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo and also Urubamba. Since you stay at the hotel, I don't know why you couldn't get the train straight to the hotel. We took the train from the hotel to Agues Calientes and back, no problem. Lovely, lovely trip!
