Nobody can predict.

If indeed travel is possible, F sales are in demand and so on, there will be no F redemption (and possibly no F space at all) in short order. On the other hand in the 30 days or so prior to departure, if there are a significant number of seats, it is possible that in the future, redemption space may open.

Unfortunately, the past is not a good predictor of the future when it comes to RM/IM decisions because the entire travel picture is unclear.

Don't forget that you can't book "impossible" or otherwise unlikely itineraries as CX may cancel one or both.
