I could see JAL business seats on BA next March, so they are loaded there now. But for F it says "First Cabin Not Operated on this flight" when we know, as you say, that JAL 15 should have first class service. It does not say "first class unavailable" as it would if someone had snagged the flight . I know one of the bloggers commented on this same issue with Singapore, but I haven't seen this commented on-but suspect it is the same issue...
