I couldn't bring up the fare rules in my account and couldn't access the old "view receipt" function so I just called the 1K desk and asked them what the fare rules were.
The unusually competent agent told me that I was qualified to receive a full refund and processed it quickly.
She also told me that some changes were coming 1 April, where change fees were coming back on itineraries originating outside the US, whether on partners or UA metal, and that FFC/ETCs will only be good for 1 year if issued after that date, so the time to get your cancellations/refunds done is now.
