She said no so quickly I can’t imagine she even checked to see if there were any offers. $30k spend a year for each of last two years on card ($60k total). 90% of that $60k was in 3x categories.

I will try calling again in a few days, pretty disappointed seeing everyone else getting offers. Are you all calling the number on the back of your card and pressing 1 to speak to a rep?
