Point taken, GG! ^ I fly a lot on this route and sometimes ya just gotta vent...

The guy assisting w/ the bags at the exit-end of the x-ray machine did try to make up for his compatriot, though, by asking what took us so long -- he "has been waiting for us since 11am that morning." I apologized to him for keeping him waiting, but we had been stuck in a line... We all laughed... and his compatriot kept on scowling and ordering off the shoes.
