Second, as far as applying your Gold# it could have been a mismatch between the name and the number, it could have been some sort of temporary glitch/outage on the Hertz side (of which there have been many lately), or it could also be due to an expired driver's license or credit card in your Hertz profile. You may just want to re-check that your profile is in order and try it again.
I re-did the reservation with just the Gold +number and not the other CDP, worked perfectly--thanks
