The odd limits are an internal heads-up "code" which lets Chase C.S. know that this account holder's "initial" credit limit is $15,xxx but is pre-approved to be increased to 1.25x, 1.50x, 1.75x, or 2x. As for which odd number aligns with what for Chase specifically, that I don't know.
