First off, a CDP is used with Hertz so if it's an actual CDP, you're using on the wrong website. At Enterprise it's referred to as "CORPORATE ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PROMOTION CODE" and on National simply as "Account Number".

If you apply the correct code, it should show the name of the company/organization/promotion at the top of the screen on Enterprise.com just to the right of the Enterprise logo as you move through the booking process. If you don't see anything next to the logo, then nothing is applied and you probably have the number wrong. If you enter an incorrect number, the site should show a yellow message that says, "ERROR: We're sorry, but the promotion code provided for this reservation is invalid. Please update or remove to continue."

If the discount code applied but you're getting no actual discount you should follow-up with the university. It would be very strange for there to be no discount at all. The base discount percentage is 5%. Heck, you can get that just by being logged into your Enterprise Plus account.

As far as declining the CDW/LDW you can do that at the rental counter (or the exit booth if you end up skipping the counter at National).

Do yourself a favor and request a quote from AutoSlash. I think you'll find we have some really competitive rates. If by some chance your university's portal has a better deal, just book that and track your reservation with us for lower prices. Prices can change multiple times a day so it pays to keep rechecking or even better, have AutoSlash do the work for you.

Any other questions, feel free to ask!
