sounds like my SEA-PHL that diverted to BOI and eventually arrived ~5 hrs late after a tail swap (Oct 2019) ... $200 voucher was in my account before landing (after some back-and-forth), asked BOI agent for a meal voucher that I was able to use at PHL ($15 iirc) before getting on the train
