That's what I meant by a wow F... an enhanced and polished soft product and amenities on the ground and in the air to set the distance further apart from Club World. A tie up with The Windsor Suite perhaps or an exclusive area where the ground experience is dedicated to F passengers only and not generally accessible to status card holders including GGL. I'm not expecting an Etihad or Singapore style appartment or an on board chef just a quality offering, well delivered without there being a feeling the bean counters have had too much of a say in the matter. With the reduction to 8 seats as the norm moving forward I'm anticipating there being less F redemption opportunities as a revenue protector and possibly a move towards status only based redemptions in a similar way that LH does.
