log onto your HHonors account, click on member services, select combine multiple accounts, choose the account you wish to keep and put in the necessary info. Be careful to keep the account you want.

It can take two days or more and it may not work if you have different names on the accounts, eg, Steve on one account and Stephen on the other but it should work since it triggers a real person response, I believe.
