Yep it's the arrival of bags before going through the custom line that can slow you down (the line itself is a breeze just handing over your approval slip).
Note for current times - don't forget to lower your mask for face recognition at GE kiosks. Was tired and a walking zombie a few weeks ago and took me a couple of minutes to realize why the kiosk couldn't recognize me. Duh, mask. The fingerprint ID is way slower at least for me. My DH was kind enough to say silly your mask. Approved in a second
