My suite upgrade success rate at Conrad is 30-40%, something like that. Not great, but it can happen. At IC I do not recall reading about someone receiving a complimentary suite upgrade at least not in the recent past.

Is the IC Club back to the 37th floor? Or, is it still at the Balcony Lounge?
