Indeed, I have gotten suites at
both but had to pay for the upgrades. The IC rooms that we have stayed at, however, are larger and the location couldn't be beat. Conrad has a periodic shuttle to Ploenchit BTS and its location is ideal if you're doing business with US Embassy/Consulate.
