Perhaps irrelevant to some people, but for what it's worth he said it was an ambassador benefit, whereas you believe it's a spire benefit. Sounds like we can choose evening cocktail at the Balcony, which I did not interpret as meaning exactly the same as having Executive Lounge access, unlike Conrad.
If all goes according to plan I will stay next month and will report back to clarify.
