Stayed there last week.
Pro: SUPER comfortable beds. Nice view of central station and area below. Nice seating area and binoculars so u can see all around. Fun elevators as everybody knows (ride is so short tho you cant sing much of a song :P ).
Butchers restaurant is very nice imo. I liked the food. Short walk to the supermarket (AH) and short walk to the ferry. Ideal location.
CON: ZERO recognition for titanium/marriott members. Not even mentioned, not asked about welcome pts. At checkout nothing asked either about stay or how bill would be delivered, just quick: thanks and bye.

Also a big big con: If using Marriott Amex you get bonus points for using it at Mar properties. However i didn't receive them. Made inquiry at Amex and they said this property isn't listed as Marriott property in their system (they are even tho it's design property), So needed to follow this up and they gonna have to correct this which takes few weeks.
Also: Never received points/nights for my stay aswell so gonna have to follow that up with marriott either..

Also the whole open window in shower/toilet with a little protection window seems still very odd to me. You CAN see inside from the outside. And more so if you are in the room that i was in there's little bar downstairs or something and if people are outside there (they werent now cuz of covid) they straight look into you standing in the shower. All other windows of the room has curtains and blinds yet this room there is no choice to be had. Interesting scenes in summer there prob.
