Just curious, has anyone tried getting their CPC banker involved in credit card related issues such as denied dispute? I know they are different divisions, but wonder if CPC would offer any advantage in that regard.

I did try when Chase closed my Sapphire credit card for inactivity.
I attempted to get it reinstated, and used all of my Chase contacts including my private banker and my CPC rep all to no avail.
When the credit card people make up their mind about a credit card, it's made.
