I noted a thread on Airliners.net around Boeings' orders and deliveries for February which called out an order for 4 x B781's. The point which has people intrigued was that the order was for RR powered version's of which BA is one of the few remaining customers (other airlines for that powerplant have either switched to GE or have cancelled),. Any rumours on GalleyFM if BA has topped up their order of 12 B781's to 16 to perhaps start to factor in the retirement of the early B772's later this decade?

I thought it could be BA as well, but an “insider” said it wasn’t BA so not sure. It would totally make sense if BA used the 787-10, especially for the GE 777 replacement
