I'm also mindful CS is now encroaching into F territory in terms of what the product offers.... to the point they're now beginning to fit doors to F seats in order to make the experience as private a space as in Club. So I completely get BA not wanting to take business away from F.
When comparing to QR, for the most part they don't have to be mindful of F which is why they're all about J and QSuites these days. I'm looking forward to a 'blow your socks off' new F product when BA introduces it. It'll have to be both hard and soft product wise in order to keep people interested. As it stands there's nothing enticing me into F at the moment - everything I need can be accomplished in CS.
