as mentioned a couple times upthread, it’s a turboprop, with a pair of Pratt & Whitney (Canada) PT-6A engines

I was on a couple of USAir Express birds (iirc operated by Henson Aviation) BWI-DCA in the mid 1970s, and one on Cascade Airways MWH-SEA in 1980
