Thanks. I see it now. but it wasn't there when I was in flight then (a few weeks ago). For context, I connected to AA inflight wifi but didn't purchase wifi - I thought AA.com and the app are functional without having to purchase inflight wifi service.

Anyway, it would have been nice to connect with a person at AA. I was trying to call AA on the ground (during delay prior to take off and upon landing, and was getting hold time of well in excess of an hour+.
