All WTP seats recline fully, all aircraft. The previous LGW 777s, after refit, have a window at each seat, with the exception of the front row seat of the cabin, the window is just behind, more or less at ear positioning and back. Those seats do have very good legroom though. There are a number of 777 variants so it's best to double check here say 3 days before travel.
