I regularly fly 31A...I know, I'm weird. Its been my experience, once the doors are closed that the FA's start moving people around for social distancing concerns. However, they almost always end up using those rows for themselves if there is no need for a customer to utilize those rows. I assume the seats they have in the galley aren't all that good so they appreciate the "Upgrade"
