Wondering if the new regime has a better way to recognize these kind of above-and-beyond interactions--if I should find a working printer and stamp to go the dead-tree route or what (no, I don't trust 1KVoice)
In the last 15 years I have sent four emails to UA and CO CEOs commending employees who truly made or saved someone's day by their actions. The first two were to Smisek, the next one to Munoz and the last to Kirby. All but the last one got replies within 24 hours relaying the employees would be recognized. I used the same email you have, by the way. Kirby never responded.
