Aeroplan steps up BIG TIME
After a royal screwing by Lufthansa yesterday FRA-MIA
( they denied us boarding because they said our E2 visa not good enough
service desk approved but flight had already left)

they rerouted to YYZ but not to Miami arrived 1 hr early

they did not book us YYZ to MIA said too bad so sad

so I called Aeroplan this am.

flights to Miami scarce due to Passover and Easter.

Aeroplan after 30 minutes says Ok we will help, booked us

YYZ- ORD- MIA on 3/25 on same locator

so basically a 4 day layover in Toronto ( 4 extra unplanned days with my 5 yr old grandson a complete bonus)

So quarantining 4 more days in Toronto then Miami.
