Yesterday nope - for some reason the system routed me to the standard orbitz desk. Today, I did get in touch with a PTS agent (explicitly asked the agent if she was with PTS and she confirmed that).
What's weird to me is that she was able to pull refundable fares and mix fare classes (outbound in economy and return in business) but she was getting a fare that was 3x more expensive than what DL was offering me on the retail website. I even double checked with Delta CS and they confirmed that the fare that I purchased directly with Delta was fully refundable without penalty. Super weird. Was hoping to get the Amex IAP discount on this, but I guess this experience is giving me less reason to renew my Amex Plat card.
