Upgraded T-22. F went out 12/15 with no one else on the Upgrade List. Supposed to go out 15/15, but the 3 pax were the only ones who didn't arrive in time for boarding.

First time where I presume the Waitlist on the App didn't reflect the actual order, as I was 1 of 4 and 2 disappeared corresponding with the last F seat showing as occupied and no more F seats for sale. Ended 1 of 7 with no one upgraded as F was 12/12. This plane essentially went out full. Had a pax confuse Premium for "Business Class".
