Just completed a stay here and see there's been no update in years, so here are some of my observations of this property.

This property has no suites, so there is no upgrade potential.

Checked in on the app, stopped at front desk to obtain a hard key for my wife. Was warmly greeted, no mention of status, and forgot to offer cookies (I had to ask).
This location has a very well stocked mini mart located right behind the front desk.
The bar is open, as well as the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is cooked to order from a small menu. My wife had an omelet each day, and I the pancakes with bacon. Both were quite good, fresh and hot. As a diamond, charges were removed.

The rate booked included a snack tray with assorted chips, candy bars, and granola bars. The tray contained a nice selection, and was supposed to be replenished daily. In reality, we had to ask 6 times to have it restocked.

The bed and bedding were comfortable, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Crabtree and Evelyn amenities were provided, which is good as my wife likes them.

The property is starting to show its age since it's last refresh. Most notably in the technology area.
All outlets in our room were loose and barely serviceable.
The size, quality, and lack of a premium channel on the TV were unacceptable. (This location was supposed to start it's transition to UnoNet years ago, but most likely didn't as their current infrastructure can't handle it).
The Wi-Fi system at this location is a relic, and needs to be retired immediately. It's an ancient Cisco system running G/N mode on 2.4Ghz only. The closest access point had 27 associations, and was able to deliverer a mere 2.8Mb (which should be expected with that many connections at G/N). I was able to achieve 9.2Mbs at 5AM with 3 other associations once. This is of course the "Premium" internet. T-Mobile service was quite good, with speeds easily exceeding 75Mbs over LTE, so we used my hotspot for our laptops.
The Amana HVAC in wall unit was the loudest I have ever heard in heat mode.
The bathroom had three different color temperature bulbs in the fixture, but was well lit.

The shuttle appeared to be running on a regular schedule, and parking is free.
