lounge and hardware are useful only after the 5 criteria matter. The LH SEN and FCT are useless when flying within USA :-)
I love the EY apartment concept yet I’ll never use those routes.
getting the 787 on USA domestic routes has been a treat even if only for a 4 hour flight!
I would say lounge and hardware fall under Comfort, right?
And yes, totally agree with route network, it doesn't matter how good an airline's product and service is on board, if I have to pay 2k to position myself to another side of the world to catch its limited route network, I think it is gonna put a dent on its ratings.
