I agree with your 5 criteria!
Price, Comfort, Customer Service, Frequent flyer-related, Route network

lounge and hardware are useful only after the 5 criteria matter. The LH SEN and FCT are useless when flying within USA :-)
I love the EY apartment concept yet I’ll never use those routes.
getting the 787 on USA domestic routes has been a treat even if only for a 4 hour flight!
