I had a good 2-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City this week. The weekend rates are some of the best in town. I booked the $74 a night rate and my Globalist upgrade to an Ambassador Suite was quite nice. The Globalist breakfast benefit is a comped "grab and go" breakfast in the cases across from the front desk. Each morning, there is a hot breakfast sandwich and a pastry. One morning it was a breakfast burrito and the second morning it was a croissant sandwich with egg and sausage. Meh, but quite a bit better and less carb-y than what I've received recently at limited-service properties.
The restaurant is open but I didn't check it out.
Parking in the neighborhood (outside of the hotel itself) is significantly cheaper than in the Before Times. The garage next to the Marriott Courtyard is at $6 a day, which is awesome as long as you remember that the garage closes at 6pm.
