Go for the regular RBC Gold Avion Visa, for $120 per year. It has everything the AA and BA cards do, except for the medical coverage provided on the BA card, has a lower interest rate and better payment terms, not to mention the lower annual fee. It also has superior "insurance" coverages in some instances. Best of all, the points are flexible -- you can use them as Avion points (if you are insane) or you can transfer them to either BA or AA. Transfers must be at least 10,000 points, and take about 24 hours (to BA at least.)
