Looking at a potential international booking later this summer with Delta and on Delta's website, the refundable fares are actually just about $300 more than the nonrefundable fares. It looks like Amex is offering about a 10% discount on the flights that I'm interested in booking but they're only returning nonrefundable fares by default. I don't see an option to pull refundable fares on their website - is there a way to do this?
