They can add a lot of routes this summer without being in any danger of approaching gate capacity since many of the business heavy routes will not be coming back for awhile or they could upgauge aircraft if demand improves.
I was actually under the impression (after last week's AK expansion) that DL would try to use some of those routes (like IAD-SEA, which I guess hasn't been brought back yet) for connecting feed to prop up those leisure routes, because I don't think DL has captured enough of the local market share @ SEA to have those routes stand on their own. The pandemic will probably be a nonissue for leisure travel by the end of Q2 with widespread distribution (and hopefully acceptance) of the vaccine, and it's clear that the people who had money to travel before the pandemic have more money today.
