Live station at MIA was one of the cooks doing I believe salsa in the evening and eggs(?) in the morning.
The T4 Lounges at LAX are interconnected. Normally (pre COVID) once you get upstairs by the AC desks the First and Flagship lounges lobby door is to the left with a card key they give you when you check in, and the AC is to the right. There's a passage between them on the south end of the bar in the AC section with a couple of doors that are normally closed since I'd guess it's for the staff to go back and forth and allow for the section before the big windows on the FL side to be used for either the AC or the FL as needed (pre COVID it always seemed to be .AC instead of FL).
Unfortunately the showers at LAX still aren't open, hopefully things will return to normal and they'll reopen. Some of the staff were suggesting that multiple check-ins might boost the usage numbers to get things back open fully (I had a couple of long layovers (6-12 hours) in the January to early March timeframe so was in and out a couple of times) even if the showers won't likely be available anytime soon.
The snack bags are still there in the morning but they have a menu of wrapped up/covered stuff (including soup) for free later in the day and there's a display of paid stuff as you come into the club itself, Given the current CA regulations the buffet isn't likely to be back anytime soon but the free menu isn't bad, just a little sparse.
Didn't ask about FFD at LAX, sorry. I'd guess that it's going to be a decision based on FF flight demand and regulations for the food part and just demand for the lounge part. A big part of the equation will likely be if the Qantas First Lounge opens up as well as far as FF and FFD opening and access.
