“Breakthrough” and “full-blown covid” imply that they got severely sick, hospitalized or put on ventilators.
break through means that they developed symptoms or tested positive after recovery or vaccination.
full blown means the florid Covid symptom complex.
in my health system, we have seen neither. No repeat customers and no patients post-vaccination. Doesn’t mean they won’t happen, but clearly rare.
