The seat with the most legroom is the lav.

Another thing to add is that the seats are shorter (in height) and are crammed up into the sidewall for a reason. The fuselage curves inward quite steeply on the window seats, so anyone who is average height or taller, has broad shoulders, or is anywhere close to average build or larger will not fit the window seats comfortably. If you are tall, overweight, or have broad shoulders (or all of the above), do yourself a favor and select an aisle seat, and pray that the window seat goes out empty. If you get a seatmate, prepare to lean into the aisle, because chances are that they won't fit comfortably either.

The window seats are really wall seats. The windows are low, and the only parts of your body that get a great view out the window are the areas between your armpit and your bellybutton.
