In non-Covid times I would taken the direct flight and I have more than a dozen times however the price is triple that of AA/QF and not an option unfortunately; Well aware of the advantages.

Yeah right now its Wednesday LAX-SYD connecting to the Friday SYD-AKL. At least its an A330 with lie-flats.


Any comments regarding AA international J service during Covid? Should I expect anything particularly lacking on the long flight?
