If all of the pax are on upgrades, and not enough paid F class tickets, then look for TED to become a more permanent thing in that neighborhood.
I would expect ORD-DCA to have pretty decent paid First penetration, as well as probably higher Economy fare bases. Also, UA has AA to help keep them honest when it comes to offering a premium cabin.
