I dislike row 1 (bulkhead). Otherwise all the seats are pretty much the same (equally terrible). No extra room in the exit row, so may as well pick something else.
Being fared in F or connecting from F doesn't provide you anything on single cabin aircraft, unfortunately.
If you have any chance at all to get a different aircraft, take it.
