Thanks for posting this guide CWS. I have started the NHS App process - although it took me a while to remember where my passport might be! I am already on systmonline so hopefully the GP approval should all be in place.

I did take my existing 'jab book' with me to my first jab but they weren't interested and the card I got doesn't have my name on it. In fact, I've only just realised there is a name field! And there is a nice ballpoint pen correction to the batch number too which makes it a bit messy - or maybe it makes it look more realistic!

PS - what is this old fashioned finger print recognition of which you speak - aren't we all into face recognition now?
