Just some suggestions.

Thanks.

The issue with the KTN only happened twice. It was odd that even though my MP profile has it in the saved info of my profile, and I confirmed that it shows...on the last incident, the segment that I changed is the one that dropped the KTN. I confirmed that the number is in my profile (I saw it), the first segment had it (and triggered the Pre Chk logo on boarding pass), but the Ticketing Counter Agent had to manually add the KTN to the segment, and then it triggered upon reprinting.

When I got home that day, I read the comments on another thread; one suggesting deleting KTN and saving (empty KTN), then going back in, adding KTN and saving (and confirming it did stick).

Still alarming that this happened, but more peeved about the other IT issues that happen when changing a segment in a PNR, and then everything going SOUTH. It appears something disassociates from the VCN and needs to be re-attached (lingo I overheard one lead Gate Agent mention)

As the topic of this thread is regarding PreCheck, I’ll avoid going too far off topic, but still have hope for help/resolution
